Arrival of all groups (except for the Slovakian group) at Steris Hotel in Rethymon

 

Monday 03-04

9.00: Meeting at school

9.15-10.00: School guided tour

10.15-12.00:

• Presentation of the school and the town of Rethymnon by our students in the amphitheater.
• The Greek Educational system
• Photomarathon presentation

12.00-12.30: Coffee break

12.45-13.45: Discussion about the KITE-project

14.00: Lunch (teachers) (provided by us)

Tuesday 04-04:

8.30: Meeting in the old town (teachers and students)

09.00-11.30: City guided tour

11.30-12.00: Coffee break

12.00-13.30: Dissemination meeting of Erasmus+ projects in the “House of Culture” in the old town. Presentation of our project to the public.

14.00: Lunch (Students meal provided by us)

 

Wednesday  05-04:

08.45: Meeting at school

9.10-10.00: Edmodo-Presentation by A. Rigaki

10.10-10.50: Weebly and other Web 2.0 tools by A. Pateraki

11.00-11.40: Coffee break

11.45-12.25: Quizlet and other interactive exercises for the German lesson by F. Giannakoudaki

13.30 Lunch in town (teachers)

*9.00-13.00: Treasure hunt project: “The Journey of Ulysses” for the students in the school premises

 

Evening

18.00-19.30 Visit in a local winery (only for teachers)

20.00 Dinner (Optional) /Students will make their own program

 

Thursday 06-04:

8.45: Meeting at school

9.10-10.00: Presentation of lessons plans by Arnaud Lemessle and Egon Reip

10.30-13.30 Excursion to Arcadi Monastery and Eleftherna Archaeological Museum (teachers and students)

14.00 Lunch (Students meal provided by the parents)

Evening

21.00: Farewell dinner in a Greek tavern with traditional music (teachers meal provided by us)

 

Friday 07-04:

8.45: Meeting at school

9.00-10.00: Closure of the meeting

Certifications and evaluation of the visit

Presents

10.30-12.00 Zumba and traditional dance performances by student groups
